Each fine art print is printed on demand. This giclée print is uniquley created for you in my home with love. Reproduced on 60 lb. polar matte paper with archival pigment-based inks. It is my promise to you that your print is guaranteed to last a lifetime!
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Once the 30 days have expired from your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange of the product.
In order to be eligible for a return the product must be unused and unaltered in any way thereof and returned in the same condition as well as the original packaging in which it was received. (Unless damaged during the shipping process) Refunds on eligible returns are calcualted from the final sale price of the item and do not include tax, shipping, or other fees.
All returns must be mailed to 7421 Burnet Road PMB 305 Austin, Texas 78757. Once the order is received and approved a refund will be processed.

Refund
Once your return is received and approved an email will be sent to you with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you're approved, then a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for refund to show in your banking account before contacting about a credit not being received.
Exchange Items
Only items damaged or defected are applicable to be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item or in a different size please send an email to info@lilianaaleman.com with the subject line "damaged- order#" or "exchange-order#" and return the item to 7421 Burnet Road PMB 305 Austin, Texas 78757
Shipping
If the item is approved and eligible for refund/exchange the customer is responsible for the shipping payment in account of returning their purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday and transported via USPS shipping. Most orders are packed within 24 hours of placement and shipped within 3-5 buisness days of the order date. Free shipping is offered to orders $50 and over otherwise standard shipping cost is applied at checkout. Orders on the weekend or holidays are not shipped until the following buisness day.
